Our Process

In Take

It all starts with the consignor. Bags come in, get tagged, and get sent to the back.

Sorting

Clothes are then checked for quality, damages, in season styles, and other.

Hanging

Clothes are placed into totes after Sorting and then hung onto racks.

Listing

After being hung, clothes are listed in notebooks by size, style, color, and then price.

Steaming

After listing, clothes get steamed. This is the most time consuming step.

Typing

Listing notebooks get sent to the register where clothes are then typed and tags are printed.

Clothes Go Out!

Finally, clothes are tagged and get to go out onto the floor for customers. About 300 pieces of clothing go out each day. That's almost 1500 pieces weekly!
